Winstick and AVS 

Winstick a program to control winamp with a gamepad can also be used to control just AVS.

Follow these steps to get started:
- install winstick (and everything needed for that)
- make the controls work like the picture on the right:
- or simply download the following file and dump it into the winstick folder in your program files.

Start the action

Now you can use your controller as keyboard input for AVS. The buttons on the controller correspond to the getmousekb(#) command with the following numbers (see picture).

I tried to avoid most common shortcut keys, that's why this selection might seem akward. If they are not to your liking you can change them very easily in the winstick menu.

I made some presets with this, but I'm still in a starting phase. One example can be found here.
I'm still trying to write decent code, so you can turn effects on and off with a normal tap on the buttons.
Some buttons/effects take a while to start. But he, it's only an example.

REMEMBER:
Winstick just emulates keyboard keys.
So be sure to click on the AVS window or in some place where keyboard input is of no importance.
